A new OPC business collaboration mechanism pairs with a super-individual intelligent task-matching platform, which has already facilitated over 100 high-quality orders. These moves are part of the newly issued “Measures of Beijing Municipality on Accelerating the Leading Development of Intelligent Agents,” jointly released by multiple municipal departments. The policy encourages the development of a token economy, pushing for general-purpose processors optimized for intelligent agent system calls, complex task scheduling, and high-frequency decision-making, as well as dedicated inference chips with low latency and high throughput. It also calls for breakthroughs in inference architectures, leveraging heterogeneous and storage-compute synergy, intelligent scheduling, and cache reuse to cut inference costs and improve token efficiency across the entire chain.
